Growth Educational Services, Inc. was founded by a Speech-Language Pathologist and a School Psychologist who have worked in the educational field for over 15 years. Both are dedicated to providing equitable and inclusive services that empower children and families to thrive. Our practice is built on the belief that every person deserves access to holistic neurodivergent-affirming strategies, culturally responsive services, early support, and community-centered care. Hi, I'm Stephanie!
Stephanie Martinez, M.S., CCC-SLP (she/her/ella) is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and AAC Implementation Specialist with over 15 years of experience in school and clinical settings. Beginning her career as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, she now specializes in supporting children and families by strengthening communication skills and providing individualized AAC solutions, always centering cultural and linguistic identities. Bilingual in Spanish, Stephanie fosters connection and community while holding advanced certifications through The Open Access Project, PEERS, and ASHA’s Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). She earned her Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from New York University and a Bachelor’s from California State University, Los Angeles. Dedicated to inclusion, she has volunteered with organizations such as Jr. Blind Olympics and LIFT Communities. Outside of her professional role, Stephanie enjoys being a mom, spending time with family, friends, and her dog, and pursuing hobbies like traveling, yoga, and trying new foods

Vanessa is a School Psychologist and licensed Speech and Language Pathology Assistant with over 20 years of experience supporting children and families of diverse abilities. As co-founder of Growth Educational Services, she is passionate about serving the neurodivergent community and is deeply committed to valuing connection over compliance in all her work.
With a strong belief in equity, inclusion, and family collaboration, Vanessa partners with parents and communities to help children grow and thrive in ways that honor their individuality. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys traveling with her family and spending time with her three rescued dogs.
